Our Vision & Values
We are passionate about education and our ethos embodies child-led learning in their early years. We ensure that deep learning happens through play, investigation and exploration, moving to increased levels of structure in line with the developing mind. Adults are model learners and challenge themselves to continually develop their own practice and provision through self-reflection, research, collaboration and innovation. Both adults and pupils are conscientious and considered risk takers. Staff build extremely positive relationships with children and their families which scaffolds learning further and enables children to be self-assured individuals.
